Make sure you're signed in to DocketRadar and have added the case to your watch list. Verify the case number and county are correct. If you're still not seeing updates, try refreshing your dashboard. If the issue persists, please contact us with your case details.
In your DocketRadar dashboard, go to Settings and click "Connect Clio," then authorize DocketRadar in the Clio OAuth window that appears. Your tokens are stored securely on DocketRadar's servers. For detailed instructions, visit our Clio Integration guide.
DocketRadar sends notifications to your email address. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder. Make sure the email address on your account is correct — you can verify it in your account settings at portal.docketradar.com.
Yes! Visit our county request page to let us know which county you need. We prioritize new county support based on demand. Every request helps us plan our coverage roadmap.
You can export case data from your DocketRadar dashboard. Go to Settings and use the export option. Data can also flow directly to Clio if you have the integration enabled.
