Integration
Eliminate double data entry. DocketRadar syncs court data directly to Clio so your practice management records stay current automatically.
Clio sync is included on all plans, including the Free plan (up to 5 cases).
Clio is the practice management platform of choice for thousands of law firms. DocketRadar's integration means court data flows directly from the clerk portal into your Clio matters — no manual re-entry, no copy-paste, no stale records.

DocketRadar requests only the Clio permissions needed to sync court data. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely on DocketRadar's servers. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no data sales.
Legal professionals who manually enter court updates into Clio spend 30-60 minutes per day on data entry alone. DocketRadar reduces that to zero by syncing changes as they're detected.
Dates, times, judges, and courtrooms sync to Clio matter calendar events. When a hearing is rescheduled on the court portal, the Clio event updates automatically.
New filings, motions, and orders sync as activity entries on the Clio matter. Each entry includes the filing date, description, and type.
Party names, roles, and contact information sync to the Clio matter's relationships. New parties added to a case appear in Clio automatically.
The integration uses OAuth 2.0 — the same secure authorization flow used by every major Clio integration.
In your DocketRadar dashboard, go to Settings (gear icon).
This opens a new browser window with Clio's authorization page.
Log into your Clio account and click "Authorize" to grant access. You'll see the specific permissions being requested.
The authorization window closes automatically and your dashboard shows "Connected." Your OAuth tokens are stored securely on DocketRadar's servers.

DocketRadar requests only the Clio permissions needed to sync court data. No access to billing, documents, or firm administration.
Clio syncing happens automatically whenever DocketRadar detects a change. Cases are checked every 15 minutes — new court data typically appears in Clio within 15 minutes of a change being filed.
You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from your dashboard.
Open DocketRadar Settings, click "Disconnect Clio," and confirm. OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from DocketRadar servers. Data already synced to Clio remains in your account.
For additional security, revoke access from Clio's "Connected Apps" settings.
